Nola is a senior gal who’s looking to spend her golden years in a nice home with a loving family. Despite her size, she is a gentle giant who has never once met a stranger. She was surrendered to The New Albany Floyd County Animal Shelter when her previous owner could no longer care for her. She spent her days lounging in the back yard and would occasionally come inside. Nola is a Shepherd mix whose coat is prone to matting and needs regular grooming to stay her beautiful self. She doesn’t seem to mind hanging out with dogs who are as calm and laid back as she is. She has lived with young children before and her previous owner said she was wonderful with them. Nola is a sweet and affectionate lady who quickly stole the hearts of everyone at the shelter. She’s already spayed, microchipped, and up to date on vaccinations.
