New Albany Animal Shelter

Meet Chingo! He’s been waiting to find his forever family for 3 months and the staff here at The New Albany Floyd County Animal Shelter doesn’t understand why this fan favorite forever friend is still here. He’s a fun-loving friend who is guaranteed to bring a smile to your face each and every day.

In honor of Memorial Day the shelter will be closed Monday, May 30th. We will reopen on Tuesday, May 31st with normal hours. Please contact your local police department with any animal control emergencies!
