Ceaser is a very loving and very tolerant young man. He is estimated to be about 3 years old. He was surrendered to us after the family discovered  they were allergic. He doesn’t mind dogs or cats. He is already neutered, microchipped, Felv/FIV tested negative, and current on vaccinations. His adoption fee is only $20.
